I want to provide a unique service to my clients!
What I will do for a client is provide my expert
services annually for an minimum annual fee.
Once a client has sent a retainer fee to my business
account, I will be available for that client, 7 days a
week, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
This small fee will include the following from your
office to mine.

Months later (unless the client wishes to re new the

Annual fee for the above services: $200.00 (that's .55
cents per day)

- Assist your office with Part 50 questions (record
keeping, etc) - Provide any general MSHA assistance weather it
has to do with plant safety, mobile equipment
safety, task training, Hazcom. Basically anything I
can assist my client over the phone, e-mail, cell
phone or direct connect.

| *On site services* for the following counties in Michigan: Ingham, Eaton, Gratiot, Barry, Clinton, Ionia, Shiawassee, Livingston, Jackson, & Calhoun I will forgo the standard fees that I intend to charge for my services and only require travel expenses and $80.00 per hour (minimum of 4 hrs required) for the above counties to prepare your plant site for an MSHA inspection. I want to do this for two reasons, first for the safety of the miners and because of the economy, get your records and your plants and mobile equipment ready for your MSHA visit. Let's get ahead of MSHA, all i need is a contact by you and I'll be at your site with-in an hour of your call. For all the functions on site, I will be asking the standard fees for my services.
